No one wanted to lead the party during the crisis period of 2004-06 except leaders like Jyothula Nehru and Brahmanaiah. Now with an on 2009 Assembly elections, everyone is trying for this coveted post. Party Leadership once again failed to appoint youth and women leaders as district presidents.

Chandrababu Naidu should immediately control the growing indiscipline in the Telugu Desam party which was the major differentiating factor from Congress during N.T.Ramarao days. Chandrababu Naidu is still unable to give new direction to the Telugudesam party with clear views on policies like Telangana, Youth and Women in party and Pothireddypadu.
